English, professor and chairman of the department of psychiatry and behavior health at New York Medical College. Dr. English, who was appointed the Peace Corps’ first chief of psychiatry by Kennedy, talks to NBC's Tom Brokaw about his experience on that fateful day, as well as the days that followed.
